CME credits and Certificate of Attendance
Participants of the congress will be rated according to the Croatian Medical Chamber regulations.
Certificate of Attendance will be issued to all registered participants.
REGULAR Registration fee for Participants/Participants from Croatia/Residents/Nurse/BCAM members /Students includes:
- admission to all workshops
- admission to all congress sessions and exhibition areas
- congress materials (Final programme, delegate bag)
- welcome reception, coffee breaks, and lunches according to the programme
FULL registrations for Participants/Participants from Croatia/Residents/Nurses/BCAM members also include the TAMC AWARDS dinner on top of everything listed above.
TAMC AWARDS DINNER will be held on Saturday, Sep 27th 2025. If you are registering for the FULL registration, please plan your accommodation reservation until Sunday.
REGULAR Registration fees for sponsor and non-sponsor firm representatives include:
- admission to exhibition areas only
- congress materials - 1pc per sponsor (Final programme, delegate bag)
- welcome reception, coffee breaks, lunches
FULL registrations for the firm representatives also include the TAMC AWARDS dinner on top of everything listed above.
Cancellation & refund policy
Please send your cancellations in writing to sanja@meetme.hr
Cancellations received in writing by Feb 20th 2025 will be refunded, less a 10% administrative fee.
Cancellations received in writing between February 21st and May 15th 2025 will be refunded, less a 35% administrative fee.
Cancellations received in writing after May 15th 2025, will not be refunded.
Payment
Payment of the registration fee and accommodation can be effected by bank transfer.
After you have completed the online registration, an automatic confirmation email will arrive. You will receive pro-forma invoice by email after the Meetme agency confirms your registration.
When paying by bank transfer, please indicate on bank orders "for TAMC 2025, name/surname" of the participant.
If you want us to issue you one invoice for several participants, please let us know by e-mail: tamc@meetme.hr
The payer bears all bank costs relating to payment.
Registrations are valid only in the name of the registered participant. Participant replacements are possible and must be sent in writing to MEETME with information on the names of the original and alternate registered users. Cancellation of participation and replacement of participants should be sent exclusively in writing to the MEETME agency via e-mail to tamc@meetme.hr
